The eCampaigning Booklet (besides needing a better name) is envisioned as a printed (and online) collection of articles on key e-campaigning topics written by leading e-campaigning practitioners. The aim is to have it published by June. Oxfam GB will cover the design, printing and distribution of the booklet.

To deliver this, a coordinator is needed who can:

  1. Identify the key topics with input from the community and archived discussions / topics
  2. Identify and approach the key people who could write these articles (with Duane) and convince them to contribute
  3. Follow-up regularly with contributors to ensure they deliver the articles on time or alternative contributors on the topic are found
  4. Review articles and either ask the writers for improvements where necessary or make minor edits directly
  5. Supply content to Oxfam GB designers for producing into the booklet
  6. Coordinate with Oxfam GB on the booklet design and inclusion of sponsor content
  7. Ensure final booklet is passed to the Oxfam GB printers
  8. Ensure the printed copies are distributed according to the Distribution Plan
